Webinar Series

Over the past 2 years, PermacultureWest has presented a series of webinars to share knowledge from some of the fantastic people in our community. We have learned about basic and advanced seed saving, fruit production at home, composting, building biologically healthy soil, tree hollows and nest boxes and creating an abundant food garden in an urban yard with permaculture. At only $5 for PAWA members and $10 for non-members, we have engaged and reached an audience far wider than we first expected!

We’re looking to fill our 2024 calendar with more valuable knowledge and wisdom, and YOU can help us! There are 2 ways that you can get involved with this awesome webinar series:

  • Complete the form here to let us know what topics you would like to see presented.
There are suggestions for you to choose from, as well as a spot to make your suggestions.
  • Be a presenter! If you know a lot about a certain topic, you can help the lovely people in our community to broaden their knowledge too! Presenting in an online webinar is great fun AND it’s a paid gig! You can promote your business or workplace, and the real winner is the permaculture movement, as we share knowledge, and apply it into our lives, we all benefit from the beauty and bounty of the earth.

For both topics and presenters, please use this link to let us know: https://forms.gle/rX9RUhezNFVxwvFJA

To be a presenter, you DON’T have to be a “qualified professional”. You may have been gathering knowledge in your particular field of interest, and after a while, you’ve developed quite a strong wealth of knowledge, application and experience. That’s what we want!

If you have no technical or presenting experience, it’s ok! We can provide support where necessary, and in this space – we’re all friends. Just be yourself!

We know that within our community we have some wonderful people that have decades – even a lifetime – of experience, and we want to help share that wisdom and experience with the rising generation of permaculture enthusiasts. If you know someone that can teach us a thing or two – let us know! Use the same link above to get in touch.
